The hotel's location is great, close to everything. There's also a snack bar right in front of it at night.

The staff are very friendly, when checking in we were given a compliment in the form of a welcome drink (although it was too sweet but okay), the room was clean and fragrant.

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel. It offers excellent service, facilities, and food at an affordable price. It's also located in the heart of the city.

The hotel is in the city center, everything is close to go everywhere, especially there are many places to eat around the hotel.

My team and I stayed one night at this hotel. Overall, the facilities were quite satisfactory. - The room was clean and comfortable (9/10). - The bathroom was also clean. - There's a swimming pool. - Breakfast was served starting at 5:00 AM, which was very helpful since we had an early flight. However, there were a few important points to note regarding the receptionist service. That night, we had requested a morning call at 4:00 AM, but there was no reminder. Luckily, we had set our alarm, so we weren't late. We also requested a receipt confirming the previous night's stay, but the receptionist said that this request should only be submitted at check-out. When checking out, we asked for the receipt again, but the receptionist's response was less than friendly, with an annoyed tone and blaming us for "not requesting it the night before." This made our check-out experience less than pleasant. In terms of facilities, this hotel is quite good. Hopefully, the front office service can improve in the future, especially in terms of friendliness and consistency of information provided to guests.

Check-in time was very long, at 1 PM. Hopefully, there will be an early check-in service in the future. Booking specific rooms is no longer accepted, even though previously it was allowed and well-serviced if booking a specific room on a certain floor.

Fast service, given early check in, clean hotel, so far so good.
