The environment is pleasant, the air is fresh. The landscape architecture is very interesting with gardens and shady trees. You can take a boat ride on the lake in this complex. Breakfast, although less varied (it wasn't a holiday), was delicious, complete with protein and fruit. The room was also comfortable for resting. The hotel staff was friendly and quick to respond. However, the path from the reception to our room (Deluxe Garden) was quite long and a bit slippery when it rained, so our group of elderly people had to be extra careful every time they walked from the hotel lobby to our room (especially when it rained). Luckily, there was a hotel staff who helped carry our luggage to/from our room to the lobby (thank you, sir... it was a bit difficult to carry the luggage of 8 women through the winding path). But overall, it was pleasant...

The atmosphere is cool and kids-friendly. Breakfast is varied and there are fun activities for children. Room cleanliness is quite good.

Overall is okay, however please be aware of the safety aspect at the playground. There is no maintenance and damaged railing and iron pole, dangerous for kids. Thank you.

Highly recommended for family vacations, kid-friendly. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere and views are great, but the food lacks flavor and variety, such as cereal.

The location and atmosphere were initially fine, but as the afternoon approached, it became uncomfortable because someone was burning trash, the smoke wafting into the room and making it difficult to breathe. I wonder why they're burning trash in the accommodation area?

The place is comfortable, cool, the food is delicious, the male staff are friendly, but in my opinion the female receptionist is a bit rude to female visitors, they need to be trained further. Apart from that, everything is okay.
