I asked for a non-smoking room, but instead I got a room that smelled of cigarette smoke and the aroma of durian, and my asthma flared up. I also smelled the durian from somewhere.

The location is strategic because there are many culinary options around the hotel. However, when I checked in, I was only allowed to enter my room after 3 pm, as they said it was being cleaned.

The receptionist was very unfriendly. There were no rooms available for reservation by phone, but they were checked on the app. When I booked, I asked for twin beds but was given single beds. I confirmed in the morning that I wanted two rooms, but they were given different floors.

Room is large enough, clean, and has a window so we can have fresh air. AC still cool. Bathroom is okay, water flows good. Staff friendly. Location near food stalls. Price so reasonable.

The hotel, room, and bathroom were all clean, the room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good and delicious. I enjoyed my stay there and felt at home. The location is very strategic, and it's easy to find typical Ponti food/culinary.
