A hotel in the city center had a power outage for up to 20 minutes (or maybe more because of early morning check out), is there no generator?????

Location close to work, friendly staff, comfortable.

the staff is friendly and helpful, the overall service is good, although initially got a room that had a lot of maintenance, then given a better room. the food is varied and delicious like 9 years ago. strategic location near the mosque, comfortable to live here. Maybe what needs to be improved is the cleanliness under the mattress. thank you for the service. Hopefully next time it can be better.

Alhamdulillah, tempat strategis, menu sarapannya lengkap dan enak, kamarnya bersih dan pelayanannya baik.

Plus: AC is on, bed is ok. Minus: dirty bathroom and carpet. The overall hygiene of the facilities can be improved.

This hotel is nice and comfortable, the location is quite strategic. But because along the road, the hotel is the main office area, so when you're working and coming home from work, the road is quite congested, plus there are lots of red light intersections, it's a complete world of traffic jams 😆. When I stayed there it coincided with the Aceh Cultural Week at Taman Ratu Safiatudin which is located +-300 meters next to the hotel, and I got a room facing the main road which was quite noisy with the sound of vehicles passing by on the main road in front of the hotel Sometimes late at night there are vehicles that deliberately speed with quite loud exhaust sounds. Advice for travelers who are easily awakened by loud noises, if you stay at this hotel, choose a room slightly to the back so that the noise from vehicles outside can be muffled.

The bathroom smells a bit unpleasant, be careful with the tap water, because I sprayed the water which came out colored. Chocolate. Then if you eat, even though it says it closes at 9.45, my experience is that you get off at 9 for breakfast, you only need one egg and you don't want to add more to the menu. Very disappointing.

The hot water (water heater) is not working, I have reported it to the reception but it still doesn't work. The AC is leaking, the WiFi can't be used because it's too slow.

The hotel rooms are quite clean, only the toilet is a bit dirty and the water in the shower doesn't have hot water 😇.

Hotel bagus, nyaman, sarapannya beragam dan enak dan juga lokasi strategis.

Good location di tengah kota "pelayanan sangat ramah" kamarnya juga worth it banget dengan harganya, breakfast enak dan bervariasi dan yang penting bersih, kalau saya ke Aceh mau menginap di hotel ini lagi.
