My first time staying here, and thank God, I'm satisfied with the facilities and the reasonable price. The room is very spacious, and it was very comfortable for two adults and two children, aged 7 and 3. There's one toilet, one bathroom with a bathtub. The staff are also very friendly, thank God.

The hotel is next to a mall. We were able to switch rooms when mine didn't have a view. The room was quite spacious. The bathroom was spacious. The pool was also spacious. Breakfast was decent. Overall, everything was okay.

It was a great pleasure to stay overnight at Hotel Grage Cirebon.

When I asked for a cleaner pillowcase and blanket, the staff was very responsive. Awesome! If I stay here again, I'll probably ask for a room on the top floor.

The atmosphere of the Grage Hotel is very comfortable and the staff are also friendly with a location in the city center which is highly recommended, especially with affordable prices.

Arrive late. Staff are on standby to help. Simple but invaluable for guests already tired from traveling.

In terms of access, it's located in the same complex as the mall. So, even though there's no playground, kids can still play in the mall's playground, which offers a wider variety of options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This reflects the legendary hotel culture, which prioritizes service. Good job. The food isn't particularly special, but it's quite varied. For hotel standards, breakfast is quite adequate. My highlight is the accessibility of the Silver Business class rooms. My advice: if you have family members who prefer to be close to the elevators (pregnant women, the elderly, small children, sick people, or people with disabilities), it's best to choose at least a Silver class room or higher. The most economical room is in Tower 3, and access to the elevator connecting the restaurant and lobby requires access to Tower 2. FYI, the Silver Business class is the most economical room in this hotel. Also in Tower 3, there are rooms with views of the gym. While still bright, the view can be a bit distracting at night. So, if you're a timid person, avoid rooms with a gym view. The bathroom on the first day was a bit smelly, but with the exhaust running continuously, the smell disappeared.

Overall, the Grage Hotel was quite good, especially since it's located within the Grage Mall complex. The staff was friendly, and check-in and check-out were quite quick. The swimming pool is safe, with a dedicated children's pool. Perhaps the breakfast menu could be improved. Thank you.
