Every time I visit Bandung, I always stay here. It's so homey, thanks to the friendly staff. I always stay in a balcony room. The staff are honest and always helpful with luggage, both during check-in and check-out. Returning to 101 is like returning home.

Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay here. The staff were all friendly and responsive. The night I stayed here, my husband was sick and had painkillers delivered straight away. The room wasn't soundproof enough, and we could still hear noise from the next room, but we still managed to sleep well. The breakfast, oh my God, thank God, this must be maintained. This is the reason we want to come back next time. Thanks 101...

I had a very memorable two-night stay at The 101 Bandung Dago. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The room was clean, and the rest of the hotel was also clean and well-maintained. When the parking lot was full, the valet parking service was very helpful. The location is strategic. I would recommend expanding the location and parking area. So far, so good. 👍

The staff was very friendly. We requested early check-in, and were asked to register first, then contacted if we wanted to check in earlier. We were contacted at 12 noon. The room was clean, including the balcony. The location is in the city center, close to trendy cafes. The downside was the shower drain was a bit clogged, so it was a bit stagnant after showering. We had breakfast at 8:45 a.m., and it was quite busy. Some of the menu items were sold out. It started to get empty around 10:00, so we were offered green juice. It turned out to be delicious.

I stayed here for 3 nights, one of the best hotels in Bandung I would say. The location is superb, you can walk to the nearest factory outlet and to the most famous export bag. I love the breakfast buffet for 3 days, never get bored because they changed the menu every day. Room service is also good even we left our room in a really messy condition. We came back from all the tiring outdoor tourist activities and it was so comfortable to look at the room. All good, from customer service, bell boy, restaurant, etc. I love everything in this hotel🩷

A very pleasant hotel, I happened to stay in the president suite for 3 days and 2 nights because we were a family of 5 people, the room was big and spacious, the hotel is in the city center which is very easy to reach all places, the food is very varied with delicious taste, overall everything is 👍👍👍

Everything was good, including the location, close to two Bandung shopping centers. The staff was friendly and the lobby was nice. There were only two things the hotel could improve. I stayed in room 3026, and there were sometimes ants on the table, especially near the kettle. Another thing was that the shower door wasn't airtight, so some water inevitably leaked out into the sink area. Otherwise, it was very good, and I would stay here again next time I come to Bandung.
