I really enjoyed staying here, the hotel is kid-friendly. I'd recommend having a heated pool, because the air here is cold, so the kids will want to swim, hehe.

Very comfortable. There's a garden behind the room. The room quality is good.

Most of all, the facilities and staff were very friendly, but I was a bit disappointed with the bathroom. It smelled like sewage. Maybe the drain cover could be replaced so the smell doesn't get into the bathroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Honestly, I ended up upgrading to a cabin room because the bathtub in the medium room felt quite dark and you could see moldy walls at the bottom near the bedside table. Since I was bringing a small child, I decided to upgrade the room because I wanted to stay comfortably. The hotel staff was very helpful in showing me all the other rooms that I could choose until I finally decided to stay in the cabin type, because the large room and extra large room types have spiral stairs. The staff also advised me not to choose that room because I saw I was bringing a toddler who would be safer and more comfortable in the cabin type. Really appreciate it and will definitely be back again.

My first time at House Tour Uphill, the location is still in a lower area, not too steep, making it very safe for low-slung vehicles. It's perfect for kids; the kids' pool is less than 1 meter deep, and the water is warm enough not to be too cold. Since I happened to have a room downstairs, I could easily monitor the kids' sand play and playground from my room, which was very safe.

Plus: The children's pool is warm, and the hotel area has many great photo spots. Minuses: The balcony door needs repair because it stays open even though it's a sliding door, and the sand is a bit disturbing to the area around the hotel due to people walking around.

The room smells, the smell comes from the bathroom, then the sheets and towels are really dirty like they haven't been changed for a long time, even though the concept is okay, it's a shame if they aren't clean, besides the sofa legs are rotten, I sat down again holding the baby until I fell. For breakfast, it's just standard, I prefer the Riau house tour.

Please improve the room cleanliness. It doesn't match the rating. The AC isn't cooling, and the pillowcases are yellowing. Especially on the upper floors, it's stuffy if the windows aren't open. The friendly staff helped.

Everything went excellently during my stay. I really love the family-friendly atmosphere, and the staff were warm and friendly. The Wi-Fi was sometimes unstable, possibly due to the surrounding location, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I especially loved the room ambiance and interior design; it felt very comfortable and relaxing. The meals were also impressive, varied, and very delicious. However, there were a few issues. The AC did not function properly; even when set to swing, it stayed in one position and didn’t cool the room effectively despite running for a long time. There was also no hairdryer in the room. The most concerning issue was that my room door could be unlocked using another guest’s key card. This was very surprising and something I have never experienced before. Overall, the stay was still excellent, but these issues need attention.
