The room leaked when it rained, the door lock from the inside was broken, and the TV didn't work (positive thinking) because of the rain. Other than that, there were no problems.

The staff were very nice and friendly, only the parking area should be improved, especially about smell and cleanliness. It was a very good hotel before, but now it feels like it has less maintenance. I was upgraded to the deluxe room and it was really nice and comfortable.

I really like the rooftop. The pool is clean, I like it. As for the room, maybe because I took the lowest priced room at that time, it was very simple. The wallpaper was peeling, the dacron pillows were coming out, the shower didn't work. All the furniture seemed to be old. Maybe it was just that room. This happened to be my first experience at Axana, and they didn't show me to my room, so I got lost. I don't have any photos of the room because they just weren't that appealing. But that's okay, you get what you pay for. It's called a review, and thank you for all the service.

The hotel staff was friendly, and everything was fine, but the Wi-Fi on the second floor was slow, and the TV and radio were broken. Hopefully, the Wi-Fi on the second floor will be better in the future, and the TV will be working fine.
