The refrigerator was broken. There were no towels. I called the front desk numerous times, and it took almost two hours before the towels were delivered. It was incredibly time-consuming and labor-intensive.

The hotel was uncomfortable. The AC couldn't be adjusted; it was set back to the hotel's settings. How could my room's AC be at 35°? The staff were unfriendly and lacked service. There were no towels or footcloths. When asked, they were told they would be provided, but they weren't given until check-out. The shower didn't have hot water. It felt like staying in a flat. This hotel isn't recommended.

Everything was great and perfectly fine. The only thing is, the club music could be heard in my room, as it was on the fifth floor. So, I couldn't sleep because the music was so loud.

My head was hit by the shower head while I was taking a shower. The staff didn't check the shower's condition beforehand. There were also no chairs in the room.

Thank God, this isn't my first time staying here. I find the place comfortable, and the service is excellent and friendly. It's also perfect for families and children, thanks to its beautiful rooftop pool.

I stayed for three days, trying two different rooms, but the bathrooms were absolutely awful. The family room had no hot water, and the shower was incredibly cramped. I couldn't turn off the TV, the remote was broken, and it was too noisy to rest. At a price of over a million rupiah for a night's stay, it wasn't worth it compared to other hotels. I didn't want to stay any longer.

The room was infested with tiny cockroaches, crawling all over the bed. The bathroom sink tiles were crusty, as if they hadn't been scrubbed, the vinyl on the floor was peeling and had become a nest for cockroaches, and the sheets were crusty and hairy, and extremely dirty.
