Comfortable place. Initially I wanted to rent a motorbike to get around Bali, but I couldn't find any daily rentals, the average weekly and monthly rentals. Finally, the receptionist helped me rent one until I got it. The staff are friendly, the place is comfortable and clean. Ambiance/Facilities: clean, comfortable. Food: no food provided, only accommodation. Staff Assistance: very helpful. Highlights: safe, comfortable and clean environment. Price: competitive price with extraordinary facilities. Location: close to everywhere.

Good service, spacious room, very nice

The staff is friendly, kind, and helpful. During our four-night stay in the signature room, we were very comfortable and slept soundly, with a large bed and sofa bed. The kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, stovetop, and electric kettle, also makes it easy to cook light meals. A microwave would be a great option for reheating food, hehe... Unfortunately, there's no mirror in the room, only a toilet mirror. Hopefully, there'll be a larger mirror next time... Thank you, Bali True Living

It was a pleasure staying here, the room was spacious, there was a balcony, the AC was cold, the pantry was complete, the wifi was secure, the windows were large and spacious, a sofa bed was available, only the bathroom floor was a bit slippery so I was afraid of slipping... The staff were all friendly, thank you.

Comfortable room, strategic location, definitely recommended

The water drainage in the bathroom is not good in signature I, water is pooling under the sink

Overall it's comfortable, only the bathroom in Signature I has stagnant water under the sink so the bathroom is always wet

The toilet area is full of water, make a drain so it dries up

The place is comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly.

For the price offered, it's worth staying here. The room is nice, I complained at the beginning and the receptionist was not happy, then I said just give a bad review, then my complaint was followed up. For me in the hospitality business, response is important, fortunately the facilities in the room can cover what happened.

Stayed on the 3rd floor, room F. Spacious room, complete amenities, there is a mini kitchen complete with an electric stove, refrigerator & cooking + dining utensils. Good signal wifi. Friendly & helpful staff. The downside, the furniture in the room is dusty, not very clean, there are spider webs in the corners of the ceiling, there is hair in the bathroom drain. Be careful also if you put food on the kitchen table, ants will come very quickly. On the 2nd floor which can be used as a sharing room for smoking, the chairs are dusty, it is better to clean them diligently every day. But overall it's okay to stay with family, just need to improve the cleanliness.
