The hotel was quite quiet, perhaps because it was a weekday. There were also only a few staff members. It's a shame, considering Utami was once a successful hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are spacious. The interior is a bit old-school. It's a good location, close to the airport.

Overall, it's comfortable, but perhaps the room needs to be cleaned before guests check in. The windows in the room are still dusty. The staff are nice and polite, but there aren't enough security guards. If you use Grab, you can't enter the lobby to pick up your driver when you leave; you have to walk to the outside gate. The Wi-Fi is very slow.

The room is very big, spacious, but the amenities are incomplete. There are no glasses and thermoses of hot water, no tea or coffee sachets. A big hotel like Utami Hotel should be provided.
