The staff are very friendly. They allowed me to late check out for 10 minutes because we just got back from our business. The view is good too.

The hotel is very comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. It's definitely the best. If you're in Bandung, you'll definitely want to come back here.

Everything's actually great, but the Wi-Fi is incredibly difficult. I can't use it on my laptop, even though I specifically chose a 4-star rating in hopes of working from home. Connected but no internet, or connected but only 1 bar and constantly dropping out. Reported it to customer service, but was told they'd be FU'd to the IT team. It's been 2 days now 😭

The pool water was dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. The review form didn't mention the pool facilities, even though the hotel does have one. Therefore, I couldn't include a rating regarding pool cleanliness.
