Everything's actually great, but the Wi-Fi is incredibly difficult. I can't use it on my laptop, even though I specifically chose a 4-star rating in hopes of working from home. Connected but no internet, or connected but only 1 bar and constantly dropping out. Reported it to customer service, but was told they'd be FU'd to the IT team. It's been 2 days now 😭

The hotel is a bit old, the pool is dirty, and the TV channels are limited. But the staff is friendly, the food is delicious, and there are delicious meatballs on the side. Thanks.

Not as good as before. + Food is ok, quite tasty, but the variety is not as much as before + Service is ok, friendly + Complete amenities + Good mattress - Swimming pool is very dirty - Bedroom and bathroom cleanliness is lacking - Poor Wi-Fi signal - Bad TV channels

The pool water was dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. The review form didn't mention the pool facilities, even though the hotel does have one. Therefore, I couldn't include a rating regarding pool cleanliness.
