All the facilities were broken: the TV, telephone were broken, the mattress and pillows were worn out as if they hadn't been replaced, the room smelled.

The accommodation is not very clean, but the staff are friendly. Room cleanliness needs to be improved.

The hotel area and room were very dirty, like there were drool marks on the pillowcases and blankets.

When I checked in, it seemed like it was being renovated. So my room was upgraded because there was a renovation in my room type. The price was cheap but I got breakfast even though it was only green tea and coffee. The room was spacious but was it because it was upgraded? At night, there were lots of culinary delights at Spturan HTL

Doesn't match the photo. The room is very scary. Many of the toilet facilities don't work properly. The bed is very dirty, and there are lots of hair on the pillow.

The room was dirty and dusty. It smelled musty. It wasn't actually habitable, but I was forced to because I had already booked it.

I checked in at 11 pm, but the room was not ready even though I had booked 1 month in advance, it was dirty and smelly, the sheets and pillowcases were not replaced and were dusty, the AC was not cold, basically it was so bad, I really regretted it, I wanted to cancel because of the bad conditions but the funds could not be returned. I did not expect great facilities for that SPT price, but at least it was clean. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future

There are several things that need to be improved. I hope there will be repairs and replacements for parts that are no longer fit for use.

Not bad for a 1 nite rest. It is true what the previous residents have reviewed, the cleanliness of the room is really lacking. The facilities are also not so good, many of which need to be replaced and repaired. It's really a shame about the current hotel management. Even though the hotel has been established since 1994. Hopefully it will rise again soon. 💕

Scary, dirty, dark, things are broken, like the room has never been used, dusty and smells of ash.

If you partner with a hotel in Indonesia, please check the hotel. This was a really bad experience and the room was not worth living in. We didn't stay at this hotel and stayed at another hotel because it really wasn't worth it. We ask for reimbursement of our funds. And please remove this hotel as a partner. There have been lots of comments, don't just read them.

When I came there, nothing good service in operator and the number of application in map no good, it is very bad for customer so I had to move the hotel to take rest.

The condition of the rooms is no longer suitable for sale, the rooms are dirty, many of the room facilities don't function, which is very different from the photos in the application.

The condition of the hotel is poorly maintained, less clean. In the room there are lots of ants, there are cockroaches and spiders and sawang.
