A very kids friendly hotel

My children and I really enjoyed the outdoor and indoor facilities. Our request for connecting rooms with a great view was also considered. Thank you.

Booked 3 rooms straight away so they wouldn't be separated, but when we got there, it was only 2 rooms, and finally, we were separated into 2 rooms on the 3rd floor and 1 room on the 1st floor. We only got an apology without any compensation. It was tiring going up and down the stairs because even if we used the elevator, it was too far. Hopefully, this won't happen again.

Nice and strategic location, the facilities are awesome, services are great... but the cleanliness must be improved.

Everything was fine, the kids were happy, but the Wi-Fi was so slow it couldn't be used, but everything else was fine. 👍

A pleasant holiday, the hotel is good, we took 2 rooms, 1 executive room, 1 superior room with a mountain view, for the room there is no problem, it's okay, but the wait for check in time is long, it has to be at 3, while we are from out of town, so it's tiring waiting, for the good rides, only the rainbow slide and the mountain slide, but you can't get all of them for free, some are paid, for input, maybe the check in time can be moved forward so that guests from out of town don't have to wait long... Thank you

The hotel seems old-fashioned, so it feels a bit scary, but it's very beautiful, so far it's suitable for taking the kids to have fun.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the hotel staff, especially the housekeeping, are very friendly. The food is also delicious.

Recommended, God willing, I will come back again, because the kids are really happy to be able to play here.

There was a dead mosquito in the croissant, a nest, the lights went out twice, and the bathroom light was out. The staff was friendly and responsive.

The room was clean, and the breakfast was varied, including instant noodles. The balcony was obscured by tree branches, making it difficult to see the view, which should have been nice.

For families and children, it is very comfortable and they want to stay here again. The atmosphere is very comfortable and it is top for another family vacation at this hotel.

This is a very kid-friendly hotel. Staying here gives you access to a nearby playground. The town square is also nearby. I definitely recommend it! One night here isn't enough! Haha.

Overall it's good, unfortunately the fridge isn't cold, so the ice gel melts, and it can't be stored for long.
