Overall, it was a pleasant first time staying here, especially if you bring children, there are many free playgrounds including a swimming pool that is similar to a water boom.

Princess room is my child's favorite, the food at the hotel is less varied but tastes good.

My child loves reading but unfortunately the books here are old-fashioned.

My son is very happy to stay here for the 3rd time. The service is also very good. And it makes the place comfortable too. There was singing downstairs but after going to the 3rd floor room nothing was heard and it was very comfortable. However, the food is always the same, please improve the taste. The fried rice I tasted was not very tasty, the fried snapper was also not savory, more like bland. The pecel and soto dishes are still okay but the main dishes are never delicious. The service and all the rooms are okay. The best.

I stayed here on a weekday, and it happened to be just my family and I. It was a bit scary going into my room because of the dim lighting and the abundance of antiques. However, the room itself, since it's been renovated, was quite comfortable for a good night's rest. The hotel's facilities are also complete. Since I was the only guest, breakfast was a la carte, and it was quite good. I'll probably come back on weekends to avoid the horror. Hopefully, the hotel's interior and lighting will be renovated and updated to make it more comfortable for guests.

This is my first time visiting and staying here. It's perfect for families/children, as they'll surely love all the amenities, which are kid-friendly and allow children to play to their heart's content. The location is also conveniently close to everything, including the city, shopping, culinary delights, and more. Every corner of the hotel is convenient. Hopefully, the cleanliness, amenities, garden, and guest comfort will continue to improve. Thank you.

Check-in is at 3 o'clock, no advance, so if you can arrive close to check-in time, check-out is at 1 o'clock. The room is quite spacious, the price during the low season is still affordable with many facilities, for example, free entry to the flower club game area (some are paid again), entry to Jatim Park at a special price for hotel guests, IDR 40,000 / person, worth it because the normal price is around IDR 135,000. Free refill of drinking water as much as you like, a large swimming pool, there is a jacuzzi, sauna, a large warm water pool, a large cold water pool too. Very worth it for those traveling with family, especially children. Children are not charged extra. My son really enjoyed his 2-night stay at the flower club.

It's nice, but lugging your suitcase up the stairs is a pain, tiring, and the room is a long way to go. Check-in is also required at 3:00 PM, not the standard 2:00 PM.

It's perfect for a staycation with your beloved children and family with an impressive theme park.

It's fun, with lots of activities. The only downside is that the distance from the lobby to the elevator is too far, requiring a long hallway.
