An old but well-maintained hotel. The food is good, but check-in took a while, even though we arrived at almost 4 p.m., and it's not really kid-friendly because there's no swimming pool.

My go-to hotel for business trips to Balikpapan. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are budget-friendly, with excellent amenities and breakfast. I always stay here when I'm on business in Balikpapan.

In my personal opinion, bathrooms with bathtubs aren't everyone's cup of tea; a swimming pool might be a nice addition. However, its location across from the Grand Mosque and Restu Ibu Hospital is one of the hotel's advantages. Overall, it's a good value for the price, making it attractive for business travelers.

Newly built hotel, new rooms, clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. The rooms are perhaps a little on the small side. Cool air conditioning, hot water, fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and ample parking. Close to parks, beaches, malls, and entertainment venues.

Early check-in is possible, and the room I wanted was also available. Yesterday, I requested a room with a smart TV, and the staff were very kind and friendly. The room facilities are also good, nice and very tidy, and the amenities in the room are also complete, so it's really nice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
