Room 307 smells of cigarettes, the sheets are not very clean, there is no water heater and there are room renovations that are not yet finished, hopefully it will be better in the future.

The old room was poorly maintained, and it smelled a bit dusty. There should at least be good service, but there wasn't. Breakfast was also quite expensive, at 100,000 Rupiah, but the food was very limited: fried rice, balado eggs, and vegetables. The rest was just bread. Hopefully, the service will at least improve in the future.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is quite convenient—though it’s very noisy at night since it’s close to cafes and live music venues. The overall vibe has a traditional Javanese touch, which is quite unique. The room was very spacious for two people, as I experienced on a previous stay. However, this time I booked for three people, and they informed me there were no rooms available for three guests. Instead, they gave us a room with just one queen-sized bed, which was confusing—especially since the booking on Traveloka clearly allowed for three guests. The breakfast selection was limited, but I really appreciated one of the staff who kindly gave me a free glass of milk, which I need for digestion. Overall, I’d rate my experience a 6 out of 10.

Strategic location, Friendly and responsive staff in serving visitors' requests, cleanliness and room lighting are quite good, minus the AC which is not cold enough and the food service is not varied enough.. But overall it's okay for a staycation in Bogor.. Continue to be successful for Rizen Hotel Group..💪💪

Old hotel so it's a bit scary and seems poorly maintained, the room smells musty and found a used condom under the mattress, so it's definitely not cleaned properly. The shower is also lacking and there is no hot water
