Check-in was supposed to be at 2 p.m., but I arrived at 3 p.m., and the villa wasn't ready yet. I was told to wait another 30 minutes. After waiting and entering the villa, the bathroom floor was dirty, with shoe marks all over it.

As for the room, the condition is clean and comfortable. The bed is comfortable to rest on, the AC works well, and the bathroom is also kept clean. Standard facilities such as Wi-Fi and parking area are also available and quite helpful. The staff service is also friendly and responsive. The check-in and check-out process is fast, so you don't have to wait long. If you have any questions, they are immediately helped. The atmosphere of the inn is quite calm, suitable for resting after a day of activities. There may be a few notes, such as [for example: breakfast variations that can still be added / room soundproofing that can be improved], but it is still within reasonable limits. Conclusion: For the price offered, this inn is worth it and worth recommending... Suitable for those looking for a comfortable place with a strategic location.

The staff is very friendly and helpful

I've stayed here many times, but I just noticed a new change: the suite rooms no longer have a water dispenser, only 110ml bottles of mineral water. The sofa, mattress, and carpet seem to need a good cleaning, as they're itchy, like insect/mite bites. The Wi-Fi is very slow and tends to drop out. The hot water in the bathroom also often doesn't work.

Very comfortable stay in Omatha

I had an unpleasant experience when I checked in at 2:30 PM. However, when I checked in, the room hadn't been cleaned, and I still had to wait about 30 minutes. Guests were made to wait a long time for check-in. Furthermore, when checking out, they found a pillowcase that was said to be dirty, so I was fined 25,000 Rupiah. I didn't check to see if it was dirty when I arrived. I think the hotel staff was looking for fault with the guest. No items were damaged or missing. I think the stain had been there since before I arrived. And there's no evidence that I caused the stain.

Staying here for New Year's Eve is highly recommended. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff, from the security guard to everyone, were very friendly. The villa is affordable but very satisfying with its vintage theme, "Villa Colonia." And you can enjoy the fireworks around the villa, many of them set off. Thank you, Omatha Villa.
