This is my first staycation here. The place is clean, the AC is quite cold, and the staff are friendly.

The service was excellent, the hotel was in a great location, and the room was super cool with AC and a full TV. The only downside was that I had trouble sleeping because the main road along Kebun Raya was surrounded by traffic noise 24/7, which is unusual. Otherwise, everything was fine; you can walk or take public transportation if you don't want to drive.

The atmosphere is good, close to the mall.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was quite large and clean. The air conditioning wasn't cold at night. Breakfast was often salty and lacked variety for a 4-star hotel.

To the hotel management, please review the management, especially the coordination between the receptionist and housekeeping. Our room was cleaned without the guest's permission when we left the room for a morning run. What if something is missing? The next day, we asked for the room to be tidied up, but it wasn't tidied at all. We returned from our trip late at night, and the room was still a mess, the reason being that we forgot to coordinate with housekeeping. This hotel's management seems very inadequate and incompetent, remember this is a 4-star hotel, not a budget hotel. Sorry, but I have to be honest, my family and I will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it to others. Thank you.

My first time at this hotel was very memorable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would only have a small suggestion for the receptionist: they could be more responsive and friendly to new guests. When we arrived, we went straight to the check-in desk, but the receptionist didn't respond immediately. I understand, perhaps she was tired because it was the weekend. Overall, it was great! Security and cleaning staff were all very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

There was no one there when I went swimming, but there was an event going on. Just because I wanted to swim, it felt like a private pool 🤭 I want to go back again.

Okay, fun. The food is decent, but the room isn't soundproof enough for a good night's rest since it's right next to a major road. Overall, it's okay.

The staff was friendly and also responded quickly. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from Bogor station. The room was spacious and the facilities were fine. I had a problem where one of the rooms I rented had an issue with the AC, and the phone was dead or something because we couldn't call the receptionist. The AC in the other room was also leaking. But overall, it was a great staycation. They seem to have activities for children during the weekend.

I've been wanting to stay here since school. And now I've finally gotten around to it with my family. I think I'll want to stay here again. It's comfortable, but it's noisy at night with traffic.

I wouldn’t say this hotel is bad overall, because out of the 4 rooms I booked, only my room had a bad experience — unfortunately, for 2 nights in a row. The first night, the AC in my room started leaking heavily at around 2:30 AM. Not just a few drops — the room was wet enough that I had to change rooms at 5 AM. So I basically had to deal with the issue in the middle of the night and relocate after barely getting any sleep. The following night, at around 11 PM, I got locked out of my room for about an hour. At first, it was assumed that my key card was the problem, so I had to go back and forth to the reception three times to have the card fixed. Eventually, it turned out that the actual problem was the room lock itself. The situation got to the point where the engineering team had to force their way into the room through the balcony window. Even after parts of the lock were replaced, the door could still be opened from the outside, which was honestly quite concerning from a security perspective. That said, the room itself is spacious, and the location is great. Suryakencana is also within walking distance, which is definitely a plus. So I wouldn’t necessarily say the hotel is bad. Maybe I was just unlucky with my room, but having two major issues on two consecutive nights definitely made my stay quite unpleasant.

A very nice hotel with a beautiful view of Mount Salak. It's located in the heart of Bogor, a bustling food court. It's also close to the mall. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. Next time we go to Bogor, we want to stay here again 🙂🖐🏻👍🏻
