The staff is neat, polite, and friendly. They are open to anything we have to say. For management, this is not a criticism but a small suggestion that hopefully can be accommodated: In the restaurant: sugar substitutes need to be provided for diabetic guests. The protein menu needs to be more varied. Regular maintenance of the fitness facilities. Availability of mini refrigerators and hair dryers in the rooms. Although I think this is standard for a hotel of Merapi Merbabu's class. Closed changing rooms after swimming.
