Strategic location, even though it's in front of a busy hotel, the noise is muffled. The bathroom needs attention, as I'm afraid of cockroaches, and I'm a bit paranoid about the smell 😱. As for the rest, from the receptionist, security, and staff, everyone is friendly 🥰.

The location is comfortable and strategic, but check-in is at 2:00 PM, which is a bit late. I recommend checking in at 1:00 PM and checking out at 1:00 PM, so you can truly enjoy a 24-hour stay.

Sorry to say, the hotel was incredibly dirty. I booked a superior room for around 340 rupiah, but the floor was dirty, the bedcover looked like it hadn't been changed, the pillowcases looked like they hadn't been changed, and the sheets were the same. I didn't expect a superior room, but I got a room with a dirty floor and everything about the bed looked like it hadn't been changed. There were no facial tissues, only a roll of toilet paper. The soap provided in the bathroom wasn't refilled, and it was almost empty. The chairs and table were also dirty, and the room was dark and not soundproof. The breakfast spoons and forks were mostly dusty, and there were no tissues on the table. The only plus point is that it's close to the city center. Cleanliness needs to be improved, as I think it's number one.

I got a room on the third floor, but it was tiring climbing up and down the steep stairs. I wanted to upgrade, but everything was already booked. And when I got the room, the bathroom smelled awful, like there was a leak.

This was my first time staying here. I liked the friendly staff, the cleanliness, and the easy access to everything. The only downside was that I got a room on the second floor at the very end, and it was noisy with the noise from the machines, which disturbed my rest. However, the room facilities were fine.
