All the staff, even the security, are good. The check-in and check-out process is fast. The only thing is that if you want to go out and buy food, it's very far away. But for everything, it's good. Next time, I'll come there again.

Great, satisfying, comfortable atmosphere and friendly staff

My family and I stayed overnight for a wedding at the convention center. The hotel is quite old, but the exterior and lobby are clean. The room smelled a bit damp, the pillows looked old, and the balcony was a bit dirty, probably from exposure to wind and rain. The bathroom was a bit scary, with lots of gecko droppings under the water heater, and the toilet seat was cracked. There are two shower caps, but they're small (even an 8-year-old's head wouldn't fit in). The food was decent, according to my husband and children.

The staff is friendly...it's just that we happened to get a room without a view.

Cool, great for morning jogging, very spacious, I want to go back there, but why isn't the lobby upstairs?

The kids enjoyed their staycation here, the atmosphere was cool.

The service is good, friendly and polite, but unfortunately the room is not soundproof, the view is beautiful, the concept of trees and mountains is cold, is it still the rainy season, so it feels cold

I like the hotel. clean. the air is still nice because it is surrounded by many trees. the pool is also big and clean. but it's still quiet and serene. maybe on weekends there can be kids activities from the hotel. then actually it's good but it seems like there's something lacking, I don't know what. it's just like "cold". for breakfast, the variety and taste are lacking. then the pillows, if possible, can be given a double and replaced with a thicker one. it's already very thin. but overall the hotel is okay.

The staff are all friendly, but the food lacks variety and tastes mediocre. For executive rooms, the view is of Mount Salak and the swimming pool is spacious.

Old building but comfortable and clean. The room size (I booked the deluxe) is large and still comfortable for an extra bed. The pool area is comfortable for children to play. Maybe the breakfast is less varied, but the taste is quite good 🙏

I want to staycation here again.. but the food is not very varied.. hehehe the facilities are complete..

Amazing place and atmosphere is very impressive

Second time staying here. The first time I was here in 2017, it was good and the facilities were complete but the lighting was lacking, but this time it was super cool, the upgrades were awesome and the security guards were all friendly, they all knew the guests. Love it so much Hopefully I will have the fortune to go there again and invite other families Btw, hopefully the pool can be cleaner again

very good, the place is very comfortable and spacious, you can request for birthday decorations, next anniversary will come here again. The breakfast is also delicious, the staff is very friendly.

The hotel area is spacious, there is a swimming pool for adults & children, the pool is spacious, there are swings, bicycles for children too, Basically children like to be brought here. All staff are friendly & very helpful, especially the security in the lobby, who is quick to open the lobby door, & help children take bicycles from their place. Suggestions for Hotel Braja Mustika: 1. Please install wifi that can really be used, because during my stay, they said there was wifi, but it couldn't be used at all, 2. Breakfast should be added with more variations, because the common ones are usually available in every hotel, such as Omelette & Chicken/Green Bean Porridge, but here there is none. And for children, breakfast shouldn't be IDR 65,000, because children eat very little, so it's too expensive. Thank you Braja Mustika Hotel 🙏

Will be a regular hotel if you go to Bogor. The area is very spacious, the pool is large and there are 2 for children & adults, there are bicycles to go around the hotel. The hotel area & rooms are all clean, although there are many trees, but all the fallen leaves are quickly swept. All staff are friendly & ready to help, especially the security in the hotel lobby who are ready to help open the door & help children take bicycles. Suggestions: 1. So that breakfast is added with more variations, because the common ones like Omelette & Chicken/Green Bean Porridge, are not available. And for children, they shouldn't be charged 65 thousand for breakfast, because small children only eat very little, so it's too expensive 🙏 2. Wifi should be installed that can really be used, because Wifi doesn't work at all, even though it's connected, but can't get internet at all. Thank you Hotel Braja Mustika 🙏
