The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, it looks like the AC needs replacing or repairing. The lights around the front office also look like they need repairing. Other than that, it's very good. ❤️

The stay was okay there, the place is good to stay, the room is spacious, the staffs are also very helpful when we need help. However in the morning the restaurant is very noisy with dangdut song, when we wanted to stay quite and peace in the morning, it's a little bit hard for us to enjoy the morning.

Just a suggestion for improvement.
- Towels to be updated, because they are already shaggy, thin and dirty..
- Bathroom door to be checked again, because it cannot be locked and is loose.
- Shower and Toiletries to be updated, with its 4-star standard.
- Rooms to be soundproof, so that the sound of vehicles is not heard.

overall nice thank you happy to stay here.
Things to note Toilet paper is used as room tissue please improve. coffee spoon is not available must ask. AC swing makes noise already reported technician did not come. breakfast no fruit.

We stayed at Catalya 240, the atmosphere was comfortable but unfortunately it was not soundproof with the room next door often moving chairs or tables at night, which was disturbing. We have often stayed here, the staff are friendly and responsive. Ordering food from the restaurant is responsive. We will visit again🤗

the staff serves well, complete facilities, there is a swimming pool with slides for children, meeting room, karaoke, massage / spa, bicycle rental, and there is horse rental on weekends. the location of the hotel is strategic, on the edge of the Puncak highway, can go through the back gate if the road conditions are open and closed and want to go through an alternative route (the road is still safe for 4 wheels). recommendations for family vacations and family gathering events, etc.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is quite spacious, clean, the swimming pool is nice, the kids even asked to come back LG 🤭 but I want to give input/suggestion for the plants in front of the balcony on the 1st floor of Boungeville to cut them down a bit if possible so we can see the view while drinking coffee because if it's like that we can't see the view 😁 sorry, just a suggestion, the rest is okay

Very satisfied, next time I will come here again I think. Because the place is very comfortable even though it is next to the highway but still quiet. Oh yeah, maybe because we chose the twin bed bougainvillea room, which is located at the very back but is super comfortable, you can see the view of Mount Gede directly from the room. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom. Yesterday I almost slipped because there was still water and soap residue. So far, everything is very safe

The sheets and pillowcases smell musty, there are lots of stains, the mattress is hard, the towels are brown, maybe they have been used for a long time, otherwise it's okay in terms of location and service, but for things that have probably been used for decades, such as the sheets, cashier, pillowcases and towels, they could be replaced.

Masya Allah, try staying here, really like the location, facilities and atmosphere of the hotel which is kids friendly but unfortunately the breakfast menu is not varied, even at 8.30 it was already finished and we were told to wait (it was being cooked). Staffs are very kind and helpful, you can join twin bed into one.
room is spacious even you can put another doublebed.
TV channels, kettle, cup, mini chiller, toiletries are provided n functioning well.
The pool has mini waterpark with water slide quite high for a children or even an adult.
Price is really affordable for this kind of hospitality, definitely will come back someday.
