My latest experience staying in Semarang which is very close to the city center and the staff is friendly.

The room was full of mosquitoes and damp, and the air conditioning wasn't cold. Parking was limited, but the location was strategic.

Stopped by for a quick rest during a short trip to Semarang. The location was perfect—within walking distance of some legendary Chinese restaurants. The room itself was okay, though the shower drainage was a bit slow. Still a solid stay, thank you!

For this price, it's a decent place to stay. The room doesn't smell, but the walls are mostly damaged. The staff is friendly, and they give you a replacement blanket.

Good place, just need more improvement: 1. Need AC maintenance, my room clean, but AC not too cold. 2. Bathroom needs more cleanliness, like stains on the shower or wastafel. 3. Different TV models, some of you just get analog TV with analog cable, but if lucky you get a room with digital TV. I mean this needs a standardize. Good thing: 1. Very strategic 2. Many street food at night near the hotel 3. Staff hospitality is next level, served like a 4-stars hotel in the guest house.

The location is close to the business center, traditional food, and numerous Chinese temples. Prices are relatively affordable. Parking is limited, making it suitable for those without a car.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. However, my experience was quite disappointing, as there were several things that made it less comfortable. Upon entering my room, I noticed that the mattress felt damp, as if it hadn't been completely dried. This made sleeping less comfortable. Furthermore, there were a significant number of mosquitoes in the room—I even counted around 30–50 of them, which was certainly annoying. I spent the entire night trying to kill them one by one, which was quite tiring. Some even looked "full," perhaps from the previous guest—a bit funny when you think about it, but it was still quite disruptive to my restful sleep. The floor also felt less than optimal, as it was still quite dusty. I stayed for two days, but there was no offer or initiative from the hotel to clean the room during my stay. In the evening, I asked the receptionist for help changing the sheets, but they refused, claiming it was too late. This was quite unfortunate, as the sheets were indeed uncomfortable. Hopefully, in the future, the hotel will pay more attention to room cleanliness, bed conditions, and insect control, as well as improve guest service to improve the experience.

It's really worth it, the cheapest price, the quality is great, it's super clean, the staff are very friendly, the AC is cold, the downside is that the TV isn't a smart TV yet🙏 This is a recommended cheap hotel in Semarang☺
