The price is affordable. It's located on the roadside with easy access, the bathroom is clean, the rooms are clean, and there's a swimming pool for the kids, so it's really comfortable... I'll probably stay here again next time.

The hotel was extremely dirty and smelly. Used towels weren't replaced, and the mattress was full of insects.

The hotel was comfortable, but there were a few amenities that needed improvement, such as the toilet having to be manually fixed after flushing. The hot water wouldn't work. Otherwise, it was quite comfortable, and the food was quite tasty.

This is my first time visiting a hotel with a room with the worst cleanliness. When I opened the door, it smelled like a room that hadn't been opened in a long time, a musty smell. The floor of the room was so dirty, it made my feet dirty. The corners and under the table were the dirtiest, making me uncomfortable in the room. This hotel has a beautiful view, with a garden filled with colorful flowers, and a view of the hills from the room window. The room was large and complete with a large TV, a large sofa, a place to hang clothes, a front balcony for sitting, a beautiful garden, and a very clean swimming pool. But it's a shame that the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was still very lacking. From my observations, it seems like there are not enough staff, I feel sorry for them, especially since I noticed so many people staying here, maybe they were overwhelmed.

It's really cool, the only problem is that the door is hard to lock.

A really cool and beautiful hotel, with lots of flowers in a beautiful garden, a kid-friendly pool, and affordable and delicious food. I've stayed here eight times.

The absolute best. It was a really nice stay at this hotel. Besides the comfortable and clean rooms, the restaurant's menu is also very affordable, especially the fried chicken. The hotel staff was friendly, but the hot water in the bathroom didn't work. The room was a bit shabby, and some amenities needed to be improved, such as the chairs on the terrace, the in-room telephone, and the TV channels.

The atmosphere is really nice, the swimming pool is so clear my kids keep jumping into the pool 😁 Then there are lots of aesthetic photo spots because the garden is well maintained and neat, the flowers are really refreshing for the eyes, haha. The hotel is on the side of the main road but it's not noisy, it's nice, all the facilities are functioning well, the rooms are clean, the service is friendly, the food is delicious and really cheap 🫶🏻 If you want to go to Go-Luge, you just have to walk, it takes about 3 minutes to get there. Thank you Teratai Hotel, I will definitely come back again heheh
