I'm a regular when I stay here

Wow... my husband has been hooked on staying here ever since I recently stayed here. It's so comfortable he doesn't want to leave. Hahaha.

staying on the 6th floor, the corner room was very noisy with the sound from the karaoke

in house restaurants pricing abit high & room soundproof no good..

The room is clean and spacious, the bathroom is also clean and nice, the staff is friendly... the only problem is that the room key is sometimes hard to trigger.

It's actually pretty good in terms of room size and cleanliness.

It's good, but the Wi-Fi only connects to the TV, maybe because I got a corner room.

Please check again if the refrigerator is not on. A broken refrigerator should be fixed first. Thank you.

responsive, clean room, friendly staff

This hotel is very comfortable but at the first day I visit and forgot the click bayar for the ovo app, I arrive at the hotel after 12am midnight, they increase the price to pay cash and they do not want to give me to stay at the price online. I said I will stay couple of days I can book now, but they don't allow and make me walk far to another hotel.

The staff is very friendly, the security guard always greets and even salutes like a soldier to every guest (it's a bit exaggerated if you salute at all). The room on the 6th floor is quite safe from the sound of the nightclub next to the reception desk which is quite noisy and can be heard from inside the elevator to the floor. 3. The room is very clean for a 2* hotel, the towels are also still clean plus fragrant. The TV is already Android & directly connected to the Hotel's Wi-Fi, so you can watch YouTube and others smoothly. Unfortunately, the area around this hotel is quite far from minimarkets or comfortable places to eat. I also highly do not recommend this hotel for female travelers, especially those who are alone or bring small children.
