All the staff are friendly, welcomed well, the swimming pool is spacious, the rooms are very spacious, the water is fast flowing, the bathroom is clean, towels are complete with face towels, there is also a hairdryer, a mini fridge and a safe are also available, the food is very delicious, everything is complete, next time I will stay here again.

A star hotel with an old school feel with antique decorations in every corner, the hotel staff are mostly friendly and polite, always greeting guests and smiling. For the room is very comfortable, happy plus do not expect to get a room with a bathtub plus a cool view. For the food is standard star hotel. Maybe the only drawback is the lighting, maybe because it carries an antique theme so the lighting is also reduced, but to attract the interest of genZ might be a bit difficult because the hotel seems scary, especially when in the morning want to swim the lighting on the floor is very minimal especially the location of the floor is lower. Although actually very comfortable staying here, and quite recommended. 👍 for me and my friends will definitely come back again ⭐

Thank God, it was very worth it. We, who had traveled a long way, felt well-served. It's just that I just learned that even without a cleaning request tag, the room will still be cleaned. Thank God, everything was still safe in the room. I was just surprised when I got back to the room, something had changed. I brought a 5-month-old baby and a 5-year-old child, and thank God, the room was comfortable and they slept soundly. Thank you, all staff.

The hotel is all nice, but when it's busy with government guests, we, as regular guests, are ignored by the staff, not even greeted. I find the staff's service strange.

Great experience. The room is spacious, and the staff are friendly. Not many guests when I stayed at the hotel. Due to low occupancy, my breakfast was brought to the room.

Overall, it's satisfying & I will come here again with my family, all the staff from security to cleaning service are friendly..the only thing that needs revitalization is the TV. Hopefully it can be changed to a smart TV so that the children can watch TV more comfortably. Thank you 🙏🏻

Celebrating New Year at Senyiur Hotel was very enjoyable, even though it rained, the event which was originally held outdoors was moved indoors, but it was still lively, the view from above was very beautiful, next time I will go back there
