Friendly staff, location close to the station.

First time staying at this place, the distance to Gubeng Lama Station is very close, Grand City mall is also close, suitable for low budget groups, but my note, the staff lacks initiative, used blankets are left in the elevator, one of the rooms has a TV remote that doesn't work, the faucet is leaking, the blanket still has stains, apparently there are no rooms with 1 bed, all have 2 beds, hopefully this can be used as evaluation material for the hotel owner to improve their service, and one more thing, a 100K deposit is required

The room is very hot, please pay attention to the AC, the wind that comes out is hot wind, the water in the sink is small.

The hotel staff is friendly, clean, but it's a shame there's no restaurant service because it's closed.

I've stayed here several times, and it's quite suitable. I hope it gets even better.

The picture on the Traveloka app hasn't been updated yet, so it's been renovated while there, there's a 100k deposit when checking in, maybe the minus is the TV is old so I booked 2 rooms and got 1 TV that can't be used in 1 room, the bathroom is okay, but the shower in the 2 rooms I booked is an old shower that needs to be replaced, and maybe the smell of the bathroom when I entered was not pleasant, but after using it a few times it didn't smell anymore, there's no liquid soap or shampoo provided, so there's only a regular round bar of soap, a toothbrush, and toothpaste, the warm water is really good, the bed is great, but not all rooms have the lights that are off, there are no hotel slippers provided here, to find food, there are lots of food in front and beside the hotel and if you want to go anywhere, it's also close because it's in the city center, the staff are friendly, but not all of them are friendly, overall it's okay for a family vacation

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. If you arrive early, you can leave your bags first. There is an elevator, which is very helpful for those who bring a lot of luggage so it's not heavy to carry it to the room. The staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities include towels, toothbrush and toothpaste, a small bar of soap, no shampoo (but, it's okay, not a big deal, you can bring your own). The room also has an intercom telephone, TV, electric kettle, coffee, tea, cups, and 2 bottles of water. There is also a mini fridge. Very useful for those who need to store food/drinks/breast milk/complementary food. Overall good... what are the shortcomings? Maybe the hotel is not that spacious, it's compact, but it's worth the price

It's very close to Gubeng Station, about 500 meters away. The service is very friendly, with a doorman ready to open the lobby door for you at the reception. Parking is quite spacious, both inside and outside the hotel, accommodating cars and motorcycles. There's a waiting and lounge area in front of the hotel lobby for smokers. The place is cool. The room amenities are quite complete. There's an elevator, windows that open, and hot water for showers. For a quick bite to eat, there are plenty of affordable food vendors around the hotel.
