I don't know what's going on with the Dana Hotel Solo management. I've been a customer of this hotel since 2022. I was deeply disappointed when I stayed here due to my business in Solo, and I received less than satisfactory service. The hotel grounds are dirty, with mosquitoes all over them, making me wary of bringing children for fear of dengue fever. The breakfast menu is also appalling, and the rooms are full of dust. Oh my, what's wrong with the Dana Hotel? Learn from the hoteliers in Bali who maintain excellent quality and service. We, the customers, don't mind if the prices increase. As a customer, I'd be disappointed if the Dana Hotel goes bankrupt because its customers are leaving. Hopefully, the Dana Hotel will improve.
