A very comfortable hotel. From the entrance, you're greeted by views of pine trees, refreshing the air. The view is truly breathtaking, overlooking the mountains. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner menus are varied and delicious. The hotel staff are very friendly. I'll definitely be back next time. 😍

Overall, everything was okay, but during check-in, I had to wait a long time because the room was not ready. I had to wait until 4 PM to get into the room. The food was all delicious.

The bathroom smelled, and I ended up buying a bathroom freshener. The shower drain was asymmetrical, so the water wouldn't drain properly when I showered, leaving the shower area flooded. The sink was the same. The hair dryer didn't work.

The staff is incredibly friendly. The breakfast selection is extensive and delicious, and everything is delicious. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Puncak.

Yesterday, I booked five rooms on the same floor. Overall, the rooms were safe, but room L-26 seemed a bit damp at first, and the toilet lid was chipped.

A truly impressive experience. We were given a room upgrade during our stay. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere and surroundings truly felt comfortable. The room was also truly comfortable and made us feel at home. Thank you, Pesona Alam. We will definitely stay here again.

Staying at Pesona Alam was very comfortable, but some of the staff were a bit slow in handling things, from taking a long time to get things delivered to the room, some of the facilities were not working, such as the AC was not cold enough and the chiller was not cold at all, and the heated swimming pool for the children was not working because it was said to be under maintenance. Maybe this can be an evaluation for the future so that it can be better than before.

It's great for its location with its impressive mountain views, but it's time to upgrade the TV to the new hotel standard of using smart TVs. And if the AC is upgraded, it would be even better, because the AC has been making a noise at night for a long time. The new AC should be quieter and cooler.
