The hotel is clean, the service is good, the location is close to the city center.

You get two breakfasts, but you can't take one away. Even hotels in the Horison group, Khas Hotel, Front One, and Amaris allow takeout. Please change the policy.

The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, bright, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, the hot and cold water is okay. Only the shower is not optimal because the inside is loose, btw. It can be used. Safe. Thank you, hotel.

Friendly hotel staff, quiet environment, close to food stalls

The hotel staff is not friendly, and the motorbike parking for guests has no shelter while there is a parking lot for employees with a shelter and the parking lot is still empty, why are guests not allowed to park there? Hopefully in the future the service from the staff and security will be better. The hotel is old but not bad👌

The doorman was very friendly and responsive. The receptionist had a grumpy face, I think she needs to be given more directions 😆. The food was delicious, the salad was also delicious. The bathroom floor was slippery, the room AC was not cold enough.

Hotel singgah sebelum pagi-pagi otw karimun jawa. Hotel lama, agak sepi, kamar cukup luas, tiap kamarnya ada bathub, paling mending ada kolam renangnya. Dengan harga yang cukup murah. Breakfast take away karena jam 5pagi chckout. Perkamar Cuma dikasih 2lembar roti 1selai 1butter 1telur rebus dan air gelas. Mantap kocak.

Kamar luas, minta check in lebih awal dilayani dengan baik. Tengah kota dekat ke mana-mana.
