The phone in the room didn't work. If you wanted to order from the restaurant, you had to use your cell phone to call the front desk directly.

Everything is ok, the only downside is the distance to Ubud Center and the swimming pool could not be used when I stayed there.

We stayed for just one night on our way to Denpasar. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is great—convenient and not too far from the city center, with easy access. The parking area is also quite spacious. Breakfast was included, with a nice variety of options to choose from, and we really enjoyed the beautiful rice field view from the restaurant. The Wi-Fi in our room (on the first floor) wasn't very strong, but it wasn't a big issue for us. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was adequately clean, breakfast was delicious and the staff are friendly. Easy access to the main road and parking.

The staff is friendly, the pool is clean and close to the restaurant so you can play in the pool while drinking beer. The room service is not very fast when ordering food via phone no one answered the phone, going down to the restaurant no one was there. Finally, I called the FO and someone came to the room to take the order. Everything I ordered was delicious and the portions were large. The next day for breakfast, I didn't need to go down because on the 2nd floor there was also a place to eat with a view of the rice fields. The breakfast food was varied and delicious. I will stay here again next time I go to Ubud.

It's nice to be able to stay at Puri Padma, the environment is comfortable, the view at the top is good, you can see the rice fields.

It's very nice to stay here for 4 nights. Feels quite good to release our mind after doing hard work so many years. Here I celebrate my retirement from my job and also my birthday. I'm very happy 💜. Oh ya, you can see the sunrise from the room (my room at 308), but you can go to the roof top, it is a beautiful view there 😍.
