The hotel is comfortable, clean, has a warm water swimming pool, and breakfast.

Everything was great. The room was clean, the amenities were complete, and most importantly, the bed was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the hot water wasn't working. So I had to reconsider taking a shower because the weather was already so cold.

This is the umpteenth time when I go to Puncak, I always stay at Hotel Cianjur, because the hotel is clean and nice and the rooms are also quite spacious but with a fairly low budget price (friendly on the pocket 😁). The breakfast menu is quite good, just a little less variety, the restaurant menu is also a little less varied, but in terms of taste and price, it is quite good and friendly on the pocket. The play area is quite large and the swimming pool is also nice with warm water. The room area is quite spacious and the bed is also quite wide for a twin bed size 120 and a single bed size 200. It is always my and my children's favorite hotel when coming to Puncak

I didn't expect the hotel to be so old, but the room and surroundings were very clean and spacious. I booked a twin room, and thankfully, I was given a king. The view from the third floor was fantastic. The heated pool and indoor playground made the kids want to linger. I'll definitely be back next time, God willing.

The staff were friendly, and we received a welcome drink. We booked two connecting rooms, but the electric kettle in room 10 wouldn't work. We phoned the staff, but they never showed up. We ended up using the kettle in room 11 every time we needed hot water. Otherwise, everything was great: the food was varied, and we got a room with a cool mountain view.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious without air conditioning, but the air is okay, not stuffy. The 130cm swimming pool is warm, but the breakfast variety is a bit limited and the taste is mediocre. The location is strategic, close to minimarkets and other eateries on both sides.

I stayed here during the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday. It was completely booked, and I even got a room in the basement, but that was okay because it was closer to the parking lot. I chose the standard twin-bed room. Cleanliness was good, but there was no air conditioning, but it was still very cool. The downside was there was no hot water kettle; tea and coffee were provided only with water and glasses. When we asked for hot water, we were given a thermos. Overall, it was nice, but the hot water (in the bathroom) in room 004 wasn't very good. Hopefully, the next one will be better. By the way, having a hot water pool on the weekend would be great too.

Strategic location, easy to find food, clean

It is old hotel but well maintenance, clean, well order. It is my first stay here & Quite surprised cause it didn't have an AC. Luckiky we stayed on the room faced to an open area & it was raining so totally freeze. The rooms were bigs, clean, also the bathroom. The hot water was good. The spring bed were good too. The most convenience that there were sitting area in each in front of the room & to make its privacy, it has separated wall folded. It was very good. Highly recommend.
