An old-fashioned, uncomfortable hotel. Mosquito-infested rooms, manual locks, and foam mattresses. After checking in, I went to my room and checked out 15 minutes later.

Every time I check out, I don't know why I always get a WhatsApp message from the hotel the next day. Even though I've confirmed my belongings and room key before check-out, the hotel also requires a room deposit for the duration of the stay.

The AC wasn't cold enough, and they didn't provide coffee or sugar, but the breakfast was quite tasty and filling. The service was friendly enough, but unfortunately, you had to get your own coffee cups and spoons, and you had to buy your own coffee. It was quite worth it for the price; the executive room felt like an economy class, hehe... Keep improving, okay?

Sorry, I'm giving it 1 star to make improvements for several reasons: 1. I requested early check-in on the app, but when I arrived, it wasn't possible. The receptionist didn't give a clear reason, just said it wasn't possible. 2. The roof was leaking, and there were water droplets on the mattress. 3. The AC wasn't cooling at all. 4. The sheets weren't clean, making my feet itchy. 5. The room wasn't soundproof, as it was only partitioned with plywood. Not worth the price. The only pluses were the hot water, which still worked well, and the proximity to the city center.

The sink is leaking so sleeping is uncomfortable because there is the sound of water.

The Omega Hotel is dirty, the rooms are full of mosquitoes, it seems like it's not well maintained, the lighting is poor, the wall paint is faded, and the parking lot is also dirty.

The receptionist rudely reprimanded me. On November 16, at 10 a.m., my colleague and I were eating in our room. She reprimanded me until we were waiting to check out. I was planning to check out at 12, but due to her unfriendly behavior, I checked out at 11.

A good and comfortable hotel. Came here for a quick assignment from my office.
