The hotel staff is okay, just because it's on the 3rd floor, it's tiring to go up 🤣

The room was uncomfortable, the door was broken, and it wasn't very clean. The toilet wasn't clean either, and it was full of worms.

Strategic location, poor bathroom cleanliness. There were several bugs in the toilet and small cockroaches in the gaps between the bathroom doors. The AC wasn't cold enough, and check-in was exactly 2:00 PM and couldn't be moved forward. Other than that, everything was good.

My favorite hotel every time I staycation in Banjarmasin. It's close to the city center, easily accessible, and offers plenty of hangout options right outside the hotel, followed by a staycation.
