The room floor was dirty when I checked in, when I complained, it was swept but it wasn't clean.

Always a pleasant staycation at The Sahira Hotel with family, starting from the friendly staff, clean environment, easy & fast check-in process, comfortable rooms with fast & stable Wi-Fi facilities and beautiful views of Mount Salak, the drawbacks are the dark basement parking and the basement elevator that is not working, this can be an evaluation for The Sahira Hotel management so that in the future it can be better. Pluses: friendly staff, easy check-in, and fast security. Minuses: the elevator's AC wasn't working, so it was stuffy. The bathrooms in the pool area weren't very clean and didn't provide soap to rinse off after swimming.

Overall, it's good. I used to be a regular at activities here, but after Covid, it's probably quieter. The toilets are very dirty, and every time I stay there's always the sound of chairs being moved.

Overall, everything is great, nothing disappoints.

Actually, I have made Sahira my regular hotel every time I go to Bogor, both Sereal and Paledang, but I think I will start to consider going there again. 1. The food variety is quite limited, maybe because it is a weekday, but it was on the 2nd day of Eid, it should still be a holiday period and it is busy. Besides that, all the dishes tasted bad, not like in previous years, the only good ones were pudding and salad. 2. Usually breakfast is fried rice, or yellow rice, this was liwet, and it was 2 days in a row the menu was mostly the same 3. The AC was not cold, even though I changed rooms, the receptionist's response was very slow, until the 2nd day I only moved rooms. For the price of a family room 2.4 million for 2 nights, I think this is far below expectations 🙏

Clean rooms and friendly hotel staff

So far, it's actually okay, but the security is a bit unfriendly. The other employees are fine.

The room is comfortable for families, very impressive because the hotel room provides mukena and prayer mats as well as the Koran.

The room cleaning wasn't optimal, the final result seemed rushed, and there were spots or areas that were missed (the toilet didn't seem to have been scrubbed enough, and hair still remained on the floor). The room's AC also needed to be lowered and the blower turned on harder to cool it down (AC maintenance needs to be improved).

The building does look old, but the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly.

The room was damp and smelled of dust, like it had never been cleaned. The towels also smelled and wouldn't dry. There was mold in the corner of the room. The TV was also dead, and there was no network. So I was disappointed. 🙏

The sound is refreshing... The swimming pool is really nice and clean... I want to come here again next time.

The room is not soundproof, from the top floor you can hear it all the way down to the bottom when you move the mattress and people walk and run, it really feels like an earthquake, even reaching the room below, it's really annoying.
