Hotel food wow..... suits your palate

Overall, it's a top-notch hotel. The only downside is that the food is a bit lacking in my opinion. I hope there's more variety.

Overall, the rooms and the surrounding atmosphere of the hotel are top notch. The only downside is the breakfast. If possible, the taste of the food could be improved. Because it's a bit lacking in my opinion. And if possible, there would be more variety. But overall, the hotel is top notch.

1. The room was far from the main lobby, quite far away, and very hot because it faced the sun. 2. There was a fan, but the atmosphere was very stuffy and stuffy, making it stifling. 3. The water was very dirty. When I reported it to the receptionist (a middle-aged man), he was very indifferent, even though we had several other rooms complaining, and he simply said, "Just wait, it'll be cleaned later." 4. We waited until midnight for the water to clear, so we ended up brushing our teeth with mineral water (I brought my own toothbrush, as the hotel didn't provide one). 5. I was hoping to bathe in the lake, but it was very dirty, with bushes and chaos. 6. I got a connecting room, but the door lock was only from one side (which made me nervous), and I could also hear noises from the next room (including snoring).

A 3-night stay in a 3-bedroom suite. Positive: 1. Direct view of Lake Toba. 2. Beach, banana boat rides, speedboat rides, and souvenir shops. 2. Swimming pool available. Negative: 1. Hotel staff didn't help with our luggage even though we brought a lot. 2. Breakfast was only fried rice and rice noodles. The taste was unpleasant, as if it lacked salt. Children were charged an additional 50,000 Rupiah per child. 3. Hotel staff were not very clean. 4. Free karaoke room only for hotel staff. Although their voices were unpleasant, they sang as they pleased, disturbing guests who were resting. 5. The toilet couldn't be flushed, and the water was a bit dirty.

The staff friendly and the view so good. The swimming pool clean. Next time [I] will come here again, and the food [is] also good, not too salty or too spicy.

The hotel room was good, but it could have been great if there were some improvements on the rooms, especially the Standard and Superior Rooms, since my family and I had been staying there for the past years. It remained the same. Other things, the TV could have been upgraded to Google TV, yet they still stacked on using the Parabolic System. Other than that, the staff were great, helpful, and friendly, and the pools were clean.

The hotel is recommended, you can really enjoy the beautiful beach at Lake Toba.

first impression arrived at the hotel at 12.00 but couldn't check in, had to wait until 14.00 even though the hotel was quiet and there were no guests and if you wanted to check in early you were asked to pay again 😩, after checking in at 14.00 the room turned out to be in a different building far from the beach/swimming pool NOT according to the picture finally upgraded the room, we stayed on a weekday, the hot water wasn't on, there was no soap, the TV only had 1 channel, the bathroom was dirty and the bed had lots of stains that wouldn't go away.

Staying on a beautiful beach is perfect for a family vacation.

Comfortable, clean and very competitively priced. The staff are friendly and suitable for bringing the family.

I booked a room facing directly to Lake Toba. The view from the balcony is very nice. The room is spacious and clean. Hot water is also available. There is direct access from the hotel to the beach. It takes less than 3 minutes to walk. There are 2 swimming pools available at the hotel.

handling of guest complaints is not very responsive, we asked about the TV not working but there was no response or repair, the same goes for the hot water in the bathroom, according to the officer we had to wait 5 minutes and it was still on, but we waited more than 15 minutes but it still didn't work

hotel is not clean a lot of lizard dirt. food taste is not good

The room is comfortable, the view is directly facing Lake Toba. Awesome
