Friendly service at check-in and check-out. The room was clean and tidy. However, the elevator was broken yesterday, so the stairs were quite tiring... So far, so good for the price.

Overall it's good, the room is clean, the hot water works, the mattress and pillows are comfortable, it's close to the culinary center around Unpad Dipati Ukur, but there aren't many choices of TV channels.

Strategic location. Rooms aren't large. Breakfast is okay. Staff is friendly. However, the elevator is broken, so you have to take the stairs to get to the 4th floor. There's a bathroom. For a cheap price, breakfast is included.

It's a budget hotel, but surprisingly comfortable. The room and bed are large, clean, and you can sleep soundly. It's also close to everything.

The location is strategic, not noisy. The CS and security are not smiling, not friendly. When I was about to check out, there was a room staff member who seemed friendly, helping my elderly mother and wishing me well because it was her birthday. The breakfast was quite good, there is a swimming pool although it is not big. The water heater is crusty so when heating the water it gets dirty, the glass is also stained with tea. The mineral water cap is also dirty, it seems it has never been cleaned. Hopefully this can be improved.

The environment around the hotel is very beautiful, not noisy because the right, left, front and back are residential areas that are very close to places to eat, shuttle travel, coffee shops and very comfortable for morning jogging in the area around the hotel, also close to the Kartika Sari Dago souvenir shop.

The surrounding environment is nice, with lots of snacks. But I think the room is just so-so: poor lighting, a bit cramped, and a blurry TV, haha. It's okay for just resting, but not very baby-friendly.

Despite the strategic location and nice and quiet neighborhood, including staff friendliness, I think the hotel could be improved in many ways. The bedding and pillowcase look very old so it wasn't white anymore and you can see flecks or dark spots everywhere. The bathroom was rusty here and there. The curtain roll didn't function well so once I put it down, I couldn't roll it up. Generally, it doesn't seem that the hotel cleans the room as I also found some hairs here and there on the floor. What I would really recommend to improve is the breakfast menu. They do have some varieties to choose from and try to change it daily. But it doesn't seem like a great change of menu. They have more carbs and only one protein. During my stay, the menu was white rice, fried rice, potato wedges, fried noodles, fried fish wrapped in flour. Bubur ayam was only with eggs as topping. The next day, the bubur ayam had a lontong option but the soup is the same for bubur ayam and lontong. Rice, fried rice, were there but they changed the rest with another type of fried noodles and chicken. Unfortunately, the menu was repeated the next day and on. Also, interestingly, if you have breakfast at 6:30 or later, you might not have much left as it seems everyone eats at 6 AM. So I think if you prioritize strategic location, you can stay there but it is not worth it to have breakfast at the hotel. There are many better food options around the hotel.

It's not a new hotel, but it's still well-maintained. The room is quite comfortable, with a large mirror so you can see the child staying in bed from the bathroom. The staff are very helpful, given a room according to the request, one bed and 3 adjacent rooms. Extra beds were already arranged before we checked in and paid. Located in the busy Dipatiukur area but slightly into a residential area so it's not chaotic when entering and leaving the hotel. In the morning at 7:30, it was still cool when leaving the hotel and very comfortable to walk because the area is not too crowded. And also only a 5-minute walking distance from the viral Blond the Bakery.
