My first time in Batu and staying here. The room was spacious, with complete amenities. The water was running smoothly, both hot and cold. The staff was friendly. I originally booked for one night, but when I arrived, my husband asked for more, so I extended my stay.

The room was nice, but unfortunately the sink was clogged, causing it to overflow. The hotel's customer service/receptionist was slow to respond, especially housekeeping, so we had to call the receptionist repeatedly before they came. The room wasn't cleaned. There was a balloon handle on the sofa, a thing that big, and it wasn't cleaned (likely from a previous guest).

The hotel is close to Indomaret, Alfamart, and street vendors. It also has easy access to Selecta and Mikotopia.

Strategic location near the main road. Cool atmosphere, not too crowded. Room cleanliness is okay. Facilities are great. Food is varied and tastes delicious. Get complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoon (fried food and tea/coffee) is not bad while relaxing in the afternoon. The downside is outside the hotel (parking area) the smell of the sewer is very strong. Perhaps the drainage could be improved so that it does not cause an unpleasant smell for guests. I wanted to swim, but I didn't because I was already uncomfortable with the smell of the sewer.

Why did my body itch after sleeping in room 207? Not only me, my wife also felt it. Please check the bed cover where you washed it.

The room was comfortable, but there was still some dirt between the mattresses, as if they'd forgotten to sweep. Overall, it was comfortable and clean.

I had a really good experience staying here, everything was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that I got an executive room with a balcony facing the main road. It was quite noisy at night with passing vehicles. I had a small child with me, but luckily he slept soundly. But as long as the balcony door wasn't opened, it was better to muffle the noise of the vehicles. Everything else was great, and the pool was also nice.
