The room is spacious, request a balcony view. The bath soap smells great. The service is excellent, the facilities are super complete, and the kids are super happy. Will be back soon. 🥰

I absolutely loved staying at the Safari Hotel. The safari entrance ticket also included entry during our stay. It was totally worth it.

Here goes my honest review: - At first glance, it is clean. But we found a worm in the toilet. And notice the wall is damp, maybe due to leaking, and some black stuff on the floor. The fridge handle is not clean. - I requested a room change. The service was good and fast. They managed to give me another room. Still with a damp wall. Extra concern due to a baby on board. - No fan and AC, but it's not making you sweat. Nice place to stay. Very cold in the morning. Nice scenery. - The front desk was very attentive and had a good attitude. I forgot his name. He explained every detail about the ticketing, etc. - Breakfast was okay, it's just a 2-floor restaurant. Need to climb the stairs. But food-wise, overall it's okay. - Dinner à la carte at the restaurant, the food was delicious.

Best place for a short escape from the crowds in the capital city, Jakarta.

My first time trying a vacation, celebrating a birthday and wedding with my husband and children. I was able to enter TSI twice, it was so much fun. I chose a caravan room, and it happened to be newly renovated and clean. It was comfortable and cool. It's just a shame the food menu was lacking. Because it was cold in the morning, some of the food was already cold. Some of the food tasted bland, but it didn't detract from the joy of vacationing with my little family. I'll be back to stay here again, in the caravan, haha, it was so much fun 🫶🏻
