Overall, all staff were friendly: Receptionist, Housekeeping, and Security. All good.

There was blood on the bed when I got in, and there was no soap. The staff was friendly.

Cockroach on the bed, limited food at breakfast… no options at all. Bathroom not clean. No shower in bathroom. No hot water. When asked, I was told to wait for 20 minutes for the hot water to come, which we did for more than 30 minutes but still no hot water. Overall, a very bad experience and I will advise no one to visit this hotel at all.

Pretty good, close to everywhere. Only the bathroom is a bit cramped and Wi-Fi doesn't work. The food is good, but you can't get it at night, you have to use GoFood. The waiters are nice and friendly, it's good for smoking.

Sorry to have to convey this through a review here.. Nightmare, the room was already scary, it smelled musty, even though I asked for a non-smoking room.. However, it seems the room does not have the criteria as written in traveloka... There are already lots of mosquitoes. The bathroom is slippery and not very clean. And there is no elevator, only stairs. Please improve the quality of cleanliness. I was chasing test activities at the Training Center which is not too far away. I only stayed for a night because it was really uncomfortable and I couldn't rest. For the staff, all were good and friendly, but please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room

The staff was very friendly, but the room was creepy. The lights weren't bright, and when I entered, the TV was already on. I was surprised when there was a sound even though no one was in the room. It turned out to be the TV, haha. The curtains were a little loose, the towels were dirty, the bathroom wasn't very clean, the soap smelled a bit, and the AC was central. By the way, the room was spacious... Hopefully, the shortcomings of this accommodation can be improved. Thanks.

The strategic location is very close to our destination, but please pay more attention to the cleanliness and room facilities. There are quite a lot of mosquitoes, my child has hives 🙂. For the rest, it's okay... the staff are friendly from the security, receptionist, cleaning service to the person who delivers breakfast 👍👍

The hotel staff is very friendly, the distance from the hotel to all areas is close, recommended.

The facilities do not match those stated in the application, the room is damp, smells of cigarettes even though we booked a non-smoking room, there is a lot of dust in the room and trash stuck in the bed, there are cockroaches on the bed, there are many small black worms on the bathroom floor, the area leading to the room is full of cigarette butts, but the staff is quite helpful and helps lift the suitcase to the room because there is no elevator.

Very friendly staff, but rooms were dirty, dusty, and infested with bed bugs. Sleeping was a challenge, and most basic sink and toilet facilities are broken or working but sub-par. Most of the staff are very polite and welcoming though. Everything looks old and dilapidated. The room was spacious but had a very rustic theme to the point that it felt like sleeping in a warehouse. For the price it was charging, they didn't even come with clean sheets or basic toiletries. Bring your own.

I would say this hotel was pricey, with facilities and comfortable. And there was no lift, so you must take the stairs to the room. Nothing much to explore nearby the hotel. It's just not worth the price, compared to hotel that I booked before with the same price at south jakarta.

Absolutely not worth the price. Looks more of motel instead of hotel. Even 1 star hotel might be better.

Here are the important points that I found: 1. Cigarettes. Not everyone smokes, so please separate smokers from non-smokers. All the lobbies and hallways in this hotel are full of cigarette butts and ashtrays. So even non-smoking rooms still smell of cigarettes. I even bought 3 stellas to get rid of the unpleasant cigarette smell. (photo included) 2. Cleanliness. There are many reviews discussing the rather shabby blankets. I found that too. In room 4E, there were even dirty water spots in the bathroom and on the sink. The AC water flow is directed to the bathroom so that the shower room is always wet and damp. 3. Stairs. This hotel does not provide an elevator. Make sure you don't bring a lot of luggage. 4. Water heater. Please note that this hotel does not have a water heater. I am used to cold water, so this is not a problem. For those of you who need hot water, please take this into consideration. 5. Location. There are no convenience stores within a 500 meter radius of this hotel. Make sure you have shopped for your daily needs before deciding to check into the hotel.
