I've stayed at Alila many times and have always been satisfied, but the last time I received a less than satisfactory service. I waited over an hour to get a card, and even then, it turned out it couldn't be used to access the floor I was going to, so I had to replace the card first. I noticed that guests who arrived after us were being served first. Is Alila's service starting to decline? While waiting in the lobby, we noticed that every guest who arrived received a welcome drink, while we waited over an hour without a single staff member delivering a welcome drink. It's a small thing, but it shows that Alila staff are being picky about their service 😪
