Staycation here during a long weekend, everything was very satisfying, from the location, facilities, rooms, breakfast variety, large and spacious swimming pool area, my son really liked it, and the most impressive thing was the staff, all very helpful and attentive. We stayed 2 nights and every breakfast without us having to call, the restaurant staff always came over, offered help, offered food for us to try which we actually declined because we didn't want to make leftovers so we just took the food we were eating. Even one of the restaurant staff offered to warm milk for our son if we wanted/offered oat milk/other variations. It really made us smile, this is what should be the essence of hospitality. Excellent job Alila Solo! We will always come back!

We booked a Deluxe room without breakfast. It turned out we had access to a lounge on the 30th floor, which served breakfast, snacks, and drinks until 10:00 PM. Thank you, Alila Hotel.

To the front desk staff, Febyola, thank you for allowing me to check in early when I arrived very tired and wanted to take a quick shower to freshen up. It was truly helpful. The best hotel service in Solo. The hotel's location is perfect for a relaxing break. The highest hotel in Solo, comfortable, and fully equipped.

I've stayed at Alila many times and have always been satisfied, but the last time I received a less than satisfactory service. I waited over an hour to get a card, and even then, it turned out it couldn't be used to access the floor I was going to, so I had to replace the card first. I noticed that guests who arrived after us were being served first. Is Alila's service starting to decline? While waiting in the lobby, we noticed that every guest who arrived received a welcome drink, while we waited over an hour without a single staff member delivering a welcome drink. It's a small thing, but it shows that Alila staff are being picky about their service 😪

Very good, the food is excellent, and there are many coffee varieties. If I go to Solo, I will definitely go to the Alila Hotel again.
