Very comfortable, very easy to access everywhere, good service. Highly recommended for a family staycation.

We stayed here with our 1-year-old, and our stay got off to a bad start because when I booked the hotel, I requested a baby bed, but at check-in, the man informed us they did not provide them. Since we didn't want to pay a lot of money to upgrade the room and get an extra mattress, we all had to share one bed, and no one slept well during our stay. We also found a few cockroaches in our room late one night. Except for the man who checked us in, the rest of the staff were friendly, and the bathroom was very clean. The location is decent, but be prepared to do a lot of walking as it was faster than public transportation most of the time. There was significant traffic noise from the busy roads outside our room, which didn't bother us but may bother others. Overall, I would not stay here again.

I regularly come to this hotel, but the bellboy was not helpful. I had to stop and get out myself to remove the cone placed in the parking lot. When entering or leaving the hotel, the bellboy was chatting with the reception only, without paying attention to the arrival of guests or was talking on the phone, just watching you carry the luggage.

Strategic location, the hotel is quite clean, close to Alor Street Food, the rooms are quite spacious too.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, there are amenities, there is an elevator, the room air conditioning is cold, there is hot water 24 hours, there is an ironing station, close to the train station, you can walk to Bukit Bintang, to Lalaport or Berjaya Times Square just cross the street.

The hotel is clean and comfortable for resting. I've stayed at this hotel twice in KL.

The room is quite spacious, tidy bathroom. clean water, and the quite big. Close to lalaport mall.

Clean rooms, access to the center of KL city

Alhamdulillah... a pleasant stay at metro hotel bukit bintang. With 2 million 185 thousand for 2 nights on July 8-10 for the family quad room type. 2 queen beds are very spacious for a family with 2 teenagers. Bathroom amenities for 4 people are available, also mineral water and towels for 4 people. Free breakfast for 3 people, only add 25 RM for 1 more child for 2 days. The food selection is decent although it doesn't suit our taste, only tried rice😅. There is bread, sliced watermelon, a choice of orange juice, coffee and tea, only water is not available, so bring your own mineral water ☺️ The room is clean, there is an iron in every hallway. The distance to the center of bukit bintang is close, just walk through the back of the hotel. After a tiring night walk from KLCC Petronas, it's only 10 RM by grab back to the hotel. When you're lazy to look for food, just order food through grab, for 4 people, you can eat for just 60 RM and get nasi lemak with chicken. You can buy mineral water at the convenience store next to the hotel. Recommended for affordable hotels with decent facilities. 👍. Thank you Traveloka, it really makes booking hotels, etc. easy. ☺️

The staff is friendly and very helpful, unfortunately the room was cleaned without being asked and it was very disturbing to privacy.

Stayed 5 days, the room was clean and spacious, I liked the powerful shower.
