I've stayed here twice. Overall, there were no issues, no problems. The service and hospitality were excellent, and the rooms were also good, relatively clean and comfortable. It's close to the city center and easy to find food around Losari Beach. One thing I think needs improvement is the TV channels; some channels (like Trans7 and a few others) had distorted sound. The Wi-Fi quality also needs improvement, as it tends to be slow.

For a transit with, sometimes, an unexpected time window, this hotel's system really helps. I booked a room for my mom and since her schedule started early, she came to the hotel earlier than what we had planned. She asked for an early check-in, and the staff was pleasant and accommodated my mom for that, having the room ready for check-in. It was pleasant.

Comfortable for work visits, strategic location.

Again, the bedsheet, comforter protector, and three pillowcases seemed not to have been changed after the last guest left. I asked the housekeeping in charge of the floor to change them, and I could see the difference.
