I stayed on June 5–6 with my husband, child, and nanny, booking two rooms of the same type. Upon entering, there was a distinct musty and musty odor. The lighting was also dim, making it feel a bit dark. Furthermore, there were several cobwebs on the ceiling, and the sheets in our room had several holes. In terms of amenities, hot water was available and worked well. However, there were inconsistencies between the rooms. Our nanny's room had a Smart TV, while ours did not, even though we booked the same room type. In terms of comfort, the soundproofing in the rooms still needs improvement, as noise from neighboring rooms was quite audible, including when guests in other rooms used the bathroom. Hopefully, cleanliness, room maintenance, and consistency of amenities can be improved in the future to make our stay more comfortable.

The staff was friendly and made check-in easy and nice.

It's right next to the train station. Check-in is easy and hassle-free. The hotel's atmosphere is comfortable and suitable for families. Although the building is older, it's still a good place to stay and relax for a short layover.

The receptionist was very friendly, helped me when I lost my room key. The waiting room was also comfortable. I got a room in the corner overlooking the garden, the garden was really nice, perfect for hanging out. The room was perfect for me who was alone, there was also a power outlet under the table, there was a smart TV, the bathroom was also clean, there were 2 towels, and there was a full-body mirror. The breakfast was also delicious, you could choose coffee or tea, but I only had coffee, and there was soto too, but I didn't take it.
