I was a little disappointed with my stay this time: the bathroom was dirty and clogged, the hot water took a long time to heat up, there were tons of mosquitoes, and the sheets were dirty. Please clean the bathroom thoroughly after each guest checks out. The bathroom walls were also dirty, and the floor was very dirty. Thank you 🙏

Perhaps add a power outlet for charging your phone or laptop on the table, rather than under it where it's hard to reach. And add a bucket and ladle to make bathing easier. The location is close to the station, clean, and has clean water.

An old, neglected hotel. I booked a deluxe room, but the first time I checked in, the electrical system shorted out due to the poorly maintained electrical outlets. When I got home that night, the lock wouldn't open from the outside because it was dented. This was the first time I'd ever been in a hotel this chaotic.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was good and well-priced, perfect for transit as it's close to Pasar Senen station. My first experience staying at the Senen Indah Syariah Hotel. The location is very strategic, the service is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The place is clean and comfortable for resting. The room wasn't too big, but it was just enough for me. The air conditioning was a bit disruptive, but I still managed to sleep soundly. The fried rice was excellent.
