There are lots of food around the hotel, access to anywhere is very easy and the hotel also provides cheap motorbike rentals.

Ordering food to be delivered to the room took a while. Got a room on the 3rd floor but the water was flowing smoothly and the AC was cold and comfortable enough.

it's more like the cost of boarding, the check-in problem is very complicated, you have to be a husband and wife, even though you bring a baby. The room I ordered has air conditioning, no hot and cold water, and is not soundproof, so you can hear people walking outside, and there are a lot of people opening and closing doors, our address is already noisy. but it's true that there aren't many hotel options, so just look for the best. I got a welcome drink but it was in the form of a coupon, and I had to pay for it myself, if I wanted to be transferred to the room I would have to charge 2000.😅

The receptionist is friendly, the service is good and satisfying, all the workers are friendly, I got a room on the 3rd floor, the room is clean, the AC is cold but the hot water is not, hopefully it can be improved again, always be successful for the Netral hotel.

For clean rooms, friendly service, close to Alfamart, especially when you leave the hotel you are immediately greeted by various food stalls. Close to city center.

Staff sangat ramah sekali, dari lobby cafe hingga room service. Pengalaman menginap yang cukup nyaman, meskipun di bangunan lama ada beberapa fasilitas yang belum memadai seperti shower yang pemutar krannya terlalu di atas, kaca sosfen yang bolong tapi overall bersih dan nyaman.
