The hotel is clean, comfortable and pleasant.

Close to everything, just across the street from Panorama Park. Unfortunately, breakfast is mediocre, lacking chicken. Everything else is fine. Clean and comfortable.

The food is quite good, with a wide variety. The rooms are decent, and the price is good for a stay in West Sumatra and Bukittinggi.

Recommended for a place to stay.. Clean and the environment is pleasant.

I took 3 rooms, all of which were fine, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly, there was no deposit, and the check-in/out process was hassle-free, except for breakfast. There wasn't much variety, just vegetables, noodles, and fried rice for the main course. The best part is the strategic location, very close to Panorama Park, just a short walk across. It's only a 700-meter walk to the Clock Tower. Thank you, Gran Malindo. I wish you continued success, and I hope you take my feedback as a way to improve.

It was a very satisfying stay here. For around 300 rupiah, we got a clean, tidy, spacious room with a water heater. We truly didn't expect such comfortable amenities. If we ever plan to stay in Bukit Tinggi again, Grand Malindo will be our first choice.

The hotel is clean, in the city center. It's close to everything, right next to the Panoramic Sianok Canyon and the Japanese Hole, within walking distance to the Clock Tower, and close to cafes and restaurants. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious, and the food is delicious ❤️

The hotel is okay, in a strategic location, and the room is quite spacious. However, the room smelled a bit damp, making it a little uncomfortable. The room and bathroom were also quite clean; the sink wasn't clogged, and the toilet was clean. Most importantly, the towels didn't smell. My only concern was the slightly uncomfortable smell in the room.
