Dirty room, lots of food crumbs on the carpet, not cleaned. The room smells musty, the AC doesn't work so it's stuffy, I've complained because it's hot, but the answer is that it's the coldest, the towels are black, the color of the doormat is cleaner than the towels, the pool is dirty, the food is okay, the service is okay, Hopefully they improve.

I've complained repeatedly about my room's AC not working, but there's been no response or action from the hotel staff, just promises. Imagine how stuffy it must be with the AC not working, and there's also no spoon provided to stir the coffee. Are you really told to stir with your fingers?

Panoramic views, gardens, Jamgadang, and Fort Decock. It's a great option if you're going to BKT. Choose a deluxe room for more privacy, and pool access close to the back terrace door.
