Every time our family visits BKT, we always stay at the Royal Denai Hotel. It's comfortable, clean, and offers friendly service.

Our favorite hotel when we're in Bukittinggi. The staff is friendly and the hospitality is excellent. Most importantly, it's close to the mosque, so we can pray the morning prayer in congregation.

I have stayed here countless times, every time I visit Bukittinggi I always stay here.

overall is good. but there is no iron for clothes. not a laundry service, but there is no iron for clothes. so when I want to go out for a walk tomorrow, my clothes are a bit wrinkled. different rooms even though they are the same type. our room uses centralized air conditioning, but the other room has air conditioning that can be turned on and off. it was very cold that morning but the air conditioning could not be turned off. shivering after taking a shower.
