The hotel's location is great, and the service is excellent. Unfortunately, the rooms are small, dirty, and worn. The bathrooms are broken, and each floor appears poorly maintained.

A comfortable hotel in the city center, close to the Palangka Raya Monument, places of worship, and easy check-in, it also offers ample parking.

The hotel price with room, cleanliness and breakfast is not according to the price.

Especially the cleanliness of the room, it was really dirty. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled musty, lots of trash hadn't been thrown away, there were cobwebs, the mirror hadn't been cleaned, the toilet was dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom tiles were dirty. There was no TV for the price of 3**,000. The AC was cold, and the FO was friendly.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during the check-in process. However, the room was a bit small and dusty, so perhaps they could improve the maintenance and pay more attention to the comfort of the room.

It didn't meet expectations. A classy hotel costing almost 300,000 won't have a TV in the room. And the toilet is very bad. I suggest you don't stay at this Gran Global.

The cleanliness is very lacking, the room is dusty and smells damp, the bathroom is dirty and smells.. The drinking glasses are dusty as if they haven't been cleaned for a long time.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. I got the first room and had to move because it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned and the bathroom drain was clogged. The hot water was off. The second room was okay but still dirty, the smph in the bathroom wasn't thrown away.

The location is great. There's an Alfamart downstairs, so it's easy to get to if you need anything urgent. There's also an elevator, so you don't have to go up and down stairs. If you order a vehicle online, you'll get it quickly, as it's located in the city center.

I stayed at the Lifestyle Hotel Surabaya. Overall, the hotel was quite comfortable, but I had a less than pleasant experience with the food. When I asked for an omelet, the staff member simply said, "Just a moment, sir." I waited quite a while, even after I finished eating, and the omelet still wasn't ready. I think the staff should have explained the reason for the wait, such as saying that the eggs were being picked first or that there was some other process that needed time. If they had provided such an explanation, I would have been more understanding of the situation and less likely to assume negative things. Small communications like this are important for guests to feel appreciated and for the service to appear more professional.
