It's quite good, but the blanket isn't thick and wide enough.

Although the hotel is old, it is very clean. It is indeed quiet, perhaps because it is in a less crowded area. I will stay there again if I go to Ponorogo because the price is cheap but the room is very large and comfortable. The hotel is on the main highway, so it is easy to access everywhere. Oh yes, prayer mats are provided, so it is safe (because I usually always forget to bring one). Highly recommended!

A little advice, before guests check in please check all facilities and refills if they run out. such as bathroom tissue rolls, soap, towels, hangers etc. when the guest asks for it😭🤚🏻also ensure the function of all facilities can be used especially the room telephone. if emergency is very much needed. the room design is okay, lights, air conditioning is okay just missing the sink. the sofa provided is okay, the service is okay. don't mind the price whatever it is if it is worth it with the facilities provided. The place is comfortable and the rooms are spacious

The bathroom door was broken, but the staff was alert and finally replaced another room. The information said there was a bathtub, but it turned out there wasn't, everything else was okay.

Location is ok, not far from the main square. When I first entered the hotel it was a bit dark, the staff were also taking a nap on the sofa. Immediately taken to the hotel room, when they entered they immediately sprayed air freshener, the condition of the room was neat but there was a lot of dust, the floor was sticky as if it hadn't been mopped for a long time, the bathroom was a bit dark and not clean. In the room, lots of women's hair fell out everywhere. We only left our suitcases because we had business, that night we immediately moved hotels, so we didn't stay at this hotel.

The AC is not cold enough and the breakfast is boxed rice.

Book a deluxe and standard VIP room, the deluxe room is spacious and clean but there are no slippers, right? The prayer room is clean, the service is friendly, the bathroom is spacious only the floor is a bit slippery, breakfast at a room price of 600 thousand/night rice box which only arrives at half past 8 in the morning, even though we have an activity agenda. Maybe for transit it's okay. Only the breakfast management needs to be improved with a different variety of side dishes every day and if possible it will be ready before 7.30 (staycation).

The rooms are old model even though it is a new hotel. Many were broken from taps, plugs and others.

During my stay at Juanda Hotel, I was happy because the staff were friendly, willing to help when we needed. For breakfast you can say okay, because the buffet model, we can eat fried rice, pecel or bread.
