The room had no decoration and the bedsheet looked yellow. Also, the Wi-Fi kept turning on and off. When checking in, it took so long. The price of the hotel was not worth it with all the facilities given.

This was my second stay here, 2 nights plus a reschedule from my initial booking. More or less the same as the first time. I arrived early around 1 PM, went straight to the receptionist and was able to check in early. However, there were consequences, some standard features in the room were missing. 1. The AC remote controller was not available, I tried to call via the unit, but it turned out the phone was broken (the speaker on the receiver only crackled). 2. I returned to the reception downstairs, and was well served, only the officer checking the availability of equipment had a slight miscommunication between the technician and housekeeping. The technician came twice, while the problem had already been resolved by housekeeping. 3. Room amenities. The toilet/bathroom was complete, but the room did not have hotel slippers like the first time, I don't know if they were out of stock or why. This is just a small note but not too significant for this time.

Everything is good except the Wi-Fi password changes every day, so it's a hassle to keep asking the receptionist.

Strategic location near Plaza Bintaro, with Family Mart next to the lobby. The room is spacious and clean, with cool air conditioning. There's only one slipper, and the pillows are too flat. The liquid soap ran out during the shower, but the staff quickly refilled it. Parking is easy, right in front of the hotel. I happened to be staying here because there was a seminar at Titan Center.

The staff are all like family, with excellent service, excellent cleanliness, and a safe environment. Perfect for staycations and business trips. Recommended.

For the room, it might be better to just add some air freshener because when I visited, the room smelled musty.

The hallway to the room smelled really bad of cigarettes. I don't know if it was from the staff or other guests, but the smell was really noticeable. Luckily, the room didn't smell of cigarettes and was comfortable.
