The hotel is so-so, the bathroom is not very clean, the food variety is so-so, the service is not very friendly, the TV in the room is always the same.

The hotel's main advantage is that it's located on the main road, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of food stalls, minimarkets, and local food stalls. The beach is just a short walk across the street. The restaurant is conveniently located in the lobby area, so you can order coffee while you wait for bed. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and everything is honestly delicious (I'm sure other guests agree). The room is quite clean and well-equipped, with two bottles of water, two towels, and toiletries. The TV and AC are very cold. If you need instant noodles or coffee, hot water is available in the lobby. Cons: The bathroom was dirty; it looked like it had never been cleaned. The floor was slippery, sticky, and sandy, and the walls and floor were caked with limescale. The shower head was too full of water, and the water was hot. The sink and toilet were clean. Hopefully, more attention will be paid to the bathroom's cleanliness, so it'll be like the cleanest place in Augusta in other cities.

Room amenities need attention. The lights aren't bright enough. The toilet seat wobbles. The water heater makes a loud noise when turned on. The suites aren't much different from regular rooms, just a different size. The TV doesn't work.

The location is on the side of the road, requiring a crosswalk to reach Carita Beach. The hotel is still quite a distance from Anyer Beach. The hotel rooms need to be renovated to make them more attractive and comfortable.

Really like the atmosphere, strategic. Unfortunately, the room was not well taken care of, such as the TV that had no channels (they said it was being fixed, but it hasn't been fixed for 3 days), the bathroom shower was not good, then the night light didn't work, and lastly the Wi-Fi didn't reach the 3rd floor. Even so, I will definitely be coming back lol, it's not a major issue, it's just a shame that it wasn't well taken care of. Overall, it's really good.

I had a very memorable stay here. Ample parking, rooms can accommodate an extra bed, smart TVs, and friendly staff. Strategically located, Tahura (Tahura) to the left, and a conservation area to the right. I stayed here because I was going to Pulo, right in front, just a short walk across. Thank you.

Strategic location to the beach just by crossing the street & not far from the hotel you can trek to Curug Putri... The room is quite comfortable, has AC & water heater, but unfortunately there is no electric kettle. Breakfast is finished by 8 am, it seems like there is no balance between the number of guests and the portion of food.

I was a bit skeptical at first because it looked like an old building, hehe, but it turned out to be really comfortable. The facilities aren't perfect, but for this price, it's more than enough. Asking for an iron or taking you to tourist attractions was all handled immediately by the staff. Most importantly, the breakfast was really delicious even though the menu was simple. Overall, I highly recommend this place, thank you Sunset View Hotel🥹❤️
